About Us

AlgoUniversity is a San Francisco–based edtech startup building for tech education at scale . Our team is a powerhouse of 100% engineers - ACM ICPC World Finalists, Codeforces Masters, and Programming Olympiad Gold Medalists — from institutes like IIIT-Hyderabad, IIT-Bombay, and IIM-Ahmedabad.

With 4 of our learning products hitting Product–Market Fit, we're now shifting our focus from building the product to expanding our user base and deepening community engagement .

What You'll Do

As part of the Growth Team, you'll design and execute strategies to scale and strengthen AlgoUniversity's Community (potential customers) . Your goal : grow our community expand our reach strategise & build sustainable initiatives that drive meaningful engagement.

You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners from top tech companies to drive strategic collaborations , strengthen brand presence, and craft scalable engagement models - both online and offline.

This role blends creativity with analytical thinking - ideal for someone who enjoys building growth systems, not just managing activities.

Your Key Areas

• Community Strategy & Growth : Architect and execute scalable community initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Partnerships & Collaborations : Identify, pitch, and manage collaborations with universities, tech organizations, and industry partners that accelerate brand growth.
• Growth Strategies : Design and run marketing funnels that convert community engagement into measurable leads and sales outcomes.
• Data & Insights : Use engagement data to inform strategy, improve conversion rates, and identify new growth opportunities.
