Azure Data Engineer with P&C Insurance Experience

Job Description : Job Title : Azure Data EngineerLocation : Onsite in Rayadurgam, HyderabadEmployment Type : Full-timeExperience Level : 5–10 yearsMandatory Skills : P&C Insurance Experience, Microsoft Fabric, Artificial Intelligence, and Azure Data FactoryRequired Skills and Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer on Azure Cloud. Experience in P&C Insurance is MustStrong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, and Power BI.Proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and Dataflows for data transformation and orchestration.Experience with AI / ML integration – building or supporting pipelines for Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, or OpenAI models.Solid understanding of data Modeling, ETL / ELT design patterns, lakehouse architecture, and data warehousing concepts.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI / CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM or Bicep.Knowledge of security and governance (RBAC, data masking, Purview, lineage tracking).Preferred Qualifications : Experience with Microsoft Fabric Data Pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and OneLake.Exposure to Azure AI services, Copilot, and Power BI AI visuals.Microsoft Certified : Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) or Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600) certification.Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
