Job Description :
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Platinum SAP OTC Consultant with 12+ years of hands-on and strategic expertise in the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process within SAP environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end OTC cycles, cross-functional integration, and proven experience in global SAP implementations. This role demands strong client-facing skills, leadership capabilities, and fluent English communication without mother tongue influence. Occasional travel may be required for client engagements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP OTC processes including order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with global business processes
- Configure and customize SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and related modules to support OTC flows
- Ensure seamless integration with FI, MM, WM, PP, and CRM modules
- Support project lifecycles including blueprinting, realization, testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
- Guide and mentor teams, conduct knowledge transfer, and review technical / functional documentation
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices and innovative OTC process solutions
- Engage in pre-sales support, solution demos, and proposal development as needed
- Provide leadership in issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
- Travel to client locations as required for key phases of the project
Required Skills & Experience :
12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD / OTC, including global rollout and implementation projectsDeep understanding of Order-to-Cash processes : sales order processing, pricing procedures, billing, credit and risk management, ATP, and shippingStrong integration experience with modules such as FI (Revenue Recognition, AR), MM, WM, and PPExperience in S / 4HANA Sales is highly preferredProven ability to lead functional workstreams and engage directly with business leadersStrong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent English communication, both verbal and written, with no mother tongue influencePreferred Qualifications :
SAP Certification in Sales and Distribution (SD) and / or S / 4HANA SalesExperience in automotive, manufacturing, or consumer goods industriesFamiliarity with SAP BRIM, Revenue Accounting, or Variant Configuration is a plusUnderstanding of Agile / SAP Activate methodologiesExposure to SAP CRM, Hybris, or third-party sales platformsGet empowered by NTT DATA Business Solutions!
