Director of Engineering - AI / ML Platform

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams across AI, platform, and infrastructure domains.
• Define and implement the technical vision, architecture, and roadmap to support scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
• Oversee the design and development of low-latency voice AI systems, integrating ASR (Automatic Speech Recognition), TTS (Text-to-Speech), LLMs (Large Language Models), and NLP (Natural Language Processing) components.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, and Design teams to develop and deliver AI-powered applications that enhance customer experiences.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including coding standards, architecture reviews, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of systems and infrastructure through robust design and proactive monitoring.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the engineering organization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment, balancing technical trade-offs and business objectives effectively.
