TechGrit - Senior Software Engineer -.Net

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across different programming languages, frameworks, and build environments.
• Work hands-on with customers to resolve installation, integration, and performance challenges.
• Provide best practices, technical guidance, and mentoring to both customers and internal teams.
• Develop, document, and maintain a knowledge base of common issues, solutions, and workarounds to improve resolution efficiency.
• Gather customer feedback on features, bugs, and enhancements, and communicate insights to the Product and Engineering teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, support tools, and product Skills :
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Windows (client & server) environments.
• Deep knowledge of .NET, C#, WPF, and WinForms.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps integrations.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and network protocols.
• Experience with Test Automation, Mobile (Android), and Web application testing methods.
• Basic understanding of C++ / QT and databases (SQL / NoSQL).
• Proficiency in using JIRA for issue tracking and collaboration.
