Business Analyst

Job descriptionGather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and user needs. Break down high-level requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows . Conduct gap analysis, feasibility analysis, and impact assessments for new features and changes. Own and prioritize the product backlog , ensuring clarity and alignment with priorities. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and other teams to deliver features on time. Facilitate sprint ceremonies (grooming, planning, review) with the Scrum team. Validate product features through UAT, prototypes, user testing, and stakeholder feedback. Act as the link between business, users, and technical teams. Communicate product updates, enhancements, and release plans to stakeholders. Manage expectations and ensure alignment across cross-functional partners. Monitor product performance metrics and user behaviour to inform product decisions. Use data-driven insights to refine features, improve user experience, and identify new opportunities. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Role Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and user-centric Business Analyst / Product Manager to join our product team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for understanding business needs, translating them into clear product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital products. You will drive product strategy, manage backlogs, and ensure that features deliver measurable value to customers and the business.
