Senior ServiceNow Developer - CMDB

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient ServiceNow Developer - CMDB Specialist to join our team. This role demands deep technical and functional expertise in Service Now, particularly in CMDB Infrastructure, Integrations, Discovery, Service Mapping, APM, and third-party tool integration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CMDB structure and its relationships across Cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments, along with extensive hands-on experience in Scripting, Catalog Development, and workflow automation within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and implement third-party integrations for ServiceNow CMDB.
• Build and customize ServiceNow Applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and other scripting tools.
• Ensure CMDB data integrity, structure optimization, and relationship management across all environments.
• Configure and enhance Service Catalog items, Workflows, and Flow Designer flows.
• Implement and support Discovery and Service Mapping to automate CMDB population.
• Utilize Application Portfolio Management (APM) to align applications with organizational strategy and governance.
• Automate and maintain accurate relationships in CMDB, including Cloud, SaaS, and hybrid IT environments.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and compliant integration solutions.
• Participate in functional design sessions and provide technical leadership for ServiceNow CMDB solutions.
