Job descriptionStrategic Partnership Development : Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners to expand personal loan distribution. Revenue Growth Ownership : Drive month-on-month revenue growth by designing and executing strategic partnership initiatives. Relationship Management : Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration and business alignment. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design go-to-market strategies and optimize product offerings. Data-Driven Strategy : Analyse partner performance data, market trends, and customer insights to recommend strategic initiatives. Leadership & Mentorship : Lead and mentor junior partnership managers, ensuring team alignment and performance excellence. Reporting & Insights : Prepare comprehensive performance reports, highlighting opportunities, risks, and strategic recommendations. The role is not restricted or limited to the roles and responsibilities mentioned above.
Key Requirements :
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within the fintech sector Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis platforms.
