Key Responsibilities
- Organize and deliver classroom lectures and manage coursework in alignment with the curriculum.
- Prepare teaching materials and engaging activities to enhance the learning experience.
- Assign homework and design interesting exercises to reinforce lesson objectives.
- Identify students with special learning needs and develop individualized education plans.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments and exams; determine and record grades.
- Provide constructive feedback to students based on workload, participation, and behavior.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and performance.
