We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern to support our hiring operations. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and assisting in onboarding. Key Responsibilities :
- Source candidates through job portals, , and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.
- Support onboarding and other HR coordination tasks.
- Contribute to employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
Requirements :
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.Proficient in MS Office; familiar with and job portals.Confident in conducting screening interviews.Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks.Stipend & Benefits :
