Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• UX Strategy & Research
• Conduct user research and usability testing for D2C brands
• Develop user personas and customer journey maps
• Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities
• Create UX strategies that align with business objectives and conversion goals
• Design Leadership
• Design high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Create comprehensive design systems and component libraries
• Lead design reviews and provide guidance to junior designers
• Establish UX best practices and design standards for the agency
• Conversion Optimization
• Design A / B testing frameworks for continuous optimization
• Optimize checkout flows, product pages, and landing pages
• Improve mobile user experience and responsive design
• Focus on reducing bounce rates and increasing conversion rates
• Platform Expertise
• Design custom Shopify themes and app integrations
• Create marketplace storefront designs (Amazon, Flipkart)
• Develop WordPress / Webflow templates and custom solutions
