Job description

Responsibilities

UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF THE HEAD OF DEPT FOR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT, DEVELOP AND DELIVER SALES TRAINING PROGRAMS TAILORED TO REAL ESTATE, COVERING MAJOR AREAS LIKE SALES PRESENTATION, CLOSING, CHANNEL PARTNER SOURCING AND POST SALES PROCESS.

ENSURE EFFECTIVE IMPLEMENTATION OF VARIOUS TRAINING PROGRAMS.

PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO ONGOING SALES AND NON-SALES TEAM BASIS THE MOCK CALLS / BUDDY UP SESSIONS WHILE ON THE JOB

DEVELOP TRAINING KITS RELATED TO VARIOUS DEPARTMENT

MONITOR AND ASSESS SALES PERFORMANCE USING KEY METRICS TO MEASURE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF TRAINING AND IDENTIFY AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT

Qualifications

BACHELORS'S OR MASTER DEGREE IN ANY FIELD.

PREFER EXPERIENCED AS A CORPORATE TRAINER IN REAL ESATE.

PLEASING PERSONALITY WITH STRONG LEADERSHIP AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.

ABILITY TO INSPIRE,MOTIVATE,AND FOSTER CONTINUOUS LEARNING.

EXPERT IN MS OFFICE.

EXPERIENCE-MIN 2 YEARS
