[Urgent Search] Associate Creative Director - Art

We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director (Art) with 5–8 years of experience — someone passionate about health, wellness, and pharma who can translate complex ideas into powerful, human, and visually compelling stories.

If you have a strong design sensibility, a keen understanding of healthcare communication, and the drive to create work that informs, inspires, and changes behavior — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do :

Lead concept, visualization, execution & direction of healthcare and wellness campaigns across formats

Partner closely with copy, strategy, and medical content teams to deliver meaningful brand stories

Maintain high creative standards and ensure scientific accuracy meets creative impact

Present creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients

Mentor, guide, and inspire the creative team to push for brave, purposeful work

What We’re Looking For :

• 5–8 years of experience in art direction / creative leadership, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or pharma advertising
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and design craft across print, digital, film, and integrated campaigns
• Ability to simplify complex medical ideas into visually engaging narratives
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and curious about the science behind every brief
• A degree in any discipline — great ideas don’t need prescriptions
