About the Role
We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Workflow Specialist to design, document, and optimize business workflows for Finance and HR modules within Dynamics 365 F&O. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with D365 workflows, and the ability to work closely with technical and functional teams to implement seamless process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design workflow structures for Finance (PR / PO approvals, payments, budgeting) and HR (leave, overtime, onboarding).
- Document workflow logic including routing , triggers , escalation rules , timelines, dependencies, and exception handling .
- Create BPM (Business Process Model) diagrams and ensure all workflows comply with Microsoft Dynamics 365 workflow standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical developers to translate workflow logic into automated processes.
- Support configuration, testing, and validation of workflows during UAT .
- Troubleshoot workflow failures and enhance performance where required.
- Work with business stakeholders to refine approval flows and improve process efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations workflows.Strong understanding of Finance and HR business processes.Ability to document processes using BPM tools.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
