Job description

A law firm is looking for a professional with strong expertise in bidding and

tender management, particularly with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and other

government or institutional entities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and track upcoming tenders across various government and PSU

portals.

  • Prepare, compile, and submit bids and proposals in compliance with tender
  • requirements.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with officials and
  • departments where tenders are released.

  • Proactively pursue opportunities and leverage networks to bring relevant
  • tenders and projects to the organization.

  • Coordinate internally to ensure timely and accurate submission of all bid-
  • related documentation.

    Required Experience & Skills :

  • Proven experience in filing and managing tenders and bids, especially with
  • PSUs and government departments.

  • 3-6 years of experience
  • Excellent understanding of tender documentation, eligibility criteria, and
  • submission procedures.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple submissions simultaneously.
