Job Summary :
Adarsh Food Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to drive sales and market presence for our FMCG range — primarily Pulses and Namkeen — across Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG field sales, distributor management, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Pulses and Namkeen products.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand distribution.
- Ensure consistent product visibility, placement, and availability at retail and wholesale outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing to stay competitive.
- Execute promotional activities and product sampling to increase brand awareness.
- Manage order booking, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
- Prepare and share daily / weekly sales reports with the reporting manager.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain strong client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics and production teams for timely supply and stock management.
Requirements :
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferably in Pulses, Spices, or Namkeen).Strong understanding of retail and wholesale markets in Rajasthan .Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp reporting, Google Sheets, etc.).Qualification : Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).Own vehicle preferred for field visits.Key Skills :
