Job Title : ServiceNow ITSM, Integration and HRSD :

Location : PAN INDIA

Work Mode : Hybrid Mode

Experience : 7+years (6 years Relevant)

Job Type : Contract to hire (C2H)

Notice Period : - Immediate joiners.

JD for ServiceNow ITSM, Integration and HRSD :

8 - 10 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment

  • Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party connectors .
  • Develop custom APIs and maintain seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and external applications.
  • Ensure integrations align with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements .
  • Workflow Automation Customization :
  • Utilize ServiceNow AppEngine and Creator Studio to build custom applications, automate workflows, and enhance business processes .
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules , including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB , to align with business requirements.
  • Design and implement automated workflows to minimize manual effort and improve process efficiency .
  • Data Management Optimization :
  • Analyze, map, and transform data between ServiceNow and external platforms , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency .
  • Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability .
  • Testing, Documentation Continuous Improvement :
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrations and workflows, resolving defects promptly.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations, custom applications, and workflows.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, integration capabilities, and automation tools to drive continuous improvement
  • Hands-on experience in implementing HRSD & Integrtion, Employee workflow modules, Employee life cycle journey.
  • Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, Glide Record, etc

Mainline Certifications would be added advantage :

  • ServiceNow Administration certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified Application developer
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – Human Resources
