Experience : 8–12 years in B2C Sales, Affiliate Marketing, Strategic Partnerships

What You’ll Do

Drive Revenue Growth : Build and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Lead with Vision : Mentor, coach, and inspire a high-performing teams.

Strategic Partnerships : Identify, negotiate, and onboard new business opportunities and alliances.

Client Success : Strengthen key accounts by delivering measurable ROI and ensuring long-term relationships.

Data-Driven Decisions : Leverage analytics to optimize sales funnels, track performance, and refine strategy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Marketing and rest of the business functions to align sales goals with company vision.

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record of leading B2C sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.

Strong background in Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or Performance Marketing .

Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Data-centric approach to decision-making and forecasting.
