Junior Architect

About the Role

Archadeo Homes is looking for a

creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect

with strong 3D visualization skills in

SketchUp and Lumion , and sound detailing ability in

AutoCAD .

You’ll be part of a passionate team designing

premium custom villas and gated community projects

across Kerala — from concept to execution.

What You’ll Do

Develop conceptual layouts, plans, and detailed working drawings.

Create

high-quality 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs

for client presentations.

Prepare

construction and interior detailing drawings

in AutoCAD.

Collaborate with design, structural, and site teams to ensure design accuracy.

Support project coordination and participate in design discussions.

What We’re Looking For

B.Arch graduate

with 2–5 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in

SketchUp, Lumion, and AutoCAD

(Photoshop knowledge is a plus).

Strong sense of design, proportions, materials, and detailing.

Enthusiasm to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
