Job description

Location; NCR (Near Delhi) region

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Graduate in Electronics
  • 8-11 years’ experience in sales &marketing of electrical / Industrial electronics products.
  • Should have experience working with OEM, EPCs, and CPMs & End users.
  • Good communication Skills.
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Fluency in MS office- Word, Excel, PPTs.
  • Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to prepare and execute aggressive sales plans and achieve the sales target in the assigned region.
  • Visiting existing / potential customers & consultants on a regular basis.
  • Negotiate / close sales & handle complaints.
  • Perform regular status review & propose recovery / redirection plans, wherever required.
  • To identify & drives the development of new Sales opportunities in the designated market & ensure know how sharing & cross collaboration.
  • To arrange training programs & presentation to key customers & consultants in the region.
  • Establish & maintain healthy relationship with customer & channel partner.
  • Product approval from OEM, Consultants & utilities.
  • Daily & monthly MIS reporting using CRM.
  • Lead Sales Team in the Region.
