Job Title : Senior Technical Business Analyst

Location : Bhopal

Experience Required : 7+ Years

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Business Analyst with strong business acumen and a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements, while ensuring smooth project delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams.
Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, PMs) to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Develop user stories, process flows, and documentation for projects.
Assist in project planning, risk management, and progress tracking.
Support the Product / Project Manager in managing schedules, resources, and budgets.
Perform market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Conduct workshops and presentations for stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech mandatory).

MBA or equivalent degree is a plus.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT / Product environments.

Proven experience in project management or working closely with project managers.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1–2 years of software development or software QA experience would be nice to have.

Preferred Skills :

Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.

Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and wireframes.

Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and cloud-based solutions.

Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management (CBAP, PMP, etc.) will be an added advantage.
