Location : Nanakramguda, Hyderabad

Job Description :

1. Leadership skills to lead large team towards meeting project goals

2. Provide recommendations for improvement of the mapping process

3. Oversee hiring, training, mentoring, and reviewing performance

4. Coordinate with various functional managers for smooth execution of the project Drive service delivery performance

5. Escalation Management

• Risk Management
• stakeholder interaction
• SLA Management
• People and Process management

6. Deep understanding of project management systems and tools such as workflow management system

7. Client coordination resolving technical queries from the team for any escalations / resolutions

Competencies & Skills :

1. Fluent written and spoken English-High influential verbal communication

2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Proficiency in GIS packages

3. Technical analysis skills, Quality and Metrics

4. Capable to manage compliance systems -ISO, ISMS

5. Highly capable to manage trainings as a chief Mentor to his Project and teams

Educational qualification : Engineering Diploma / Degree in any stream / Post Graduate in science. Specialization in GIS related software’s AutoCAD, ESRI, MapInfo & Intergraph packages will be added advantages; Have work experience as a proven people management and delivery management; Any degree / diploma in project and performance management
