AI QA Automation Innovation Engineer

TestZeus is pioneering the next generation of AI-powered QA tools. We are seeking an AI QA Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce QA and a passion for prompt engineering. This role is not traditional manual or automation QA. Instead, you will focus on designing, testing, and optimizing QA prompts that drive AI agents to validate Salesforce and customer applications. You will play a key role in ensuring that TestZeus’ self-serve AI QA platform delivers accurate, reliable, and human-like test outcomes for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prompt Engineering for QA Tools

• Write, refine, and validate AI QA prompts for Salesforce and customer applications.
• Transform functional and regression test cases into AI-driven prompt workflows .
• Ensure prompts cover end-to-end Salesforce use cases (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and custom apps).
• Optimize prompts to improve accuracy, coverage, and defect reproducibility .
