Ensure seamless integration of sales automation tools with existing business Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales and Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DMS and sales automation professionals. Manage budgets related to DMS and sales automation initiatives. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in sales automation 10+ years of experience in sales operations, distribution management, or sales Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional projects. Strong understanding of DMS, CRM, ERP systems, and sales automation tools. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data and drive insights. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Ability to drive change and implement technology-led solutions in a fast-paced
