Salesforce Team Lead - LWC / Apex

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Team Lead to oversee the delivery of Salesforce solutions, manage a team of developers, and act as the technical and strategic bridge between business stakeholders and the development team. You will ensure that our Salesforce ecosystem is robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
• Architect and oversee the development of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other teams to drive Salesforce strategy.
• Oversee integrations with external systems and third-party applications.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends, and drive their adoption within the team.
• Monitor project timelines, manage resource allocation, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
