Job description

Job title : Senior / junior .net backend Devloper :

Location : Remote

Experience : 2-10yrs

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the migration from Ruby on Rails to .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and backend services.
  • Handle database migration and optimization (SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
  • Manage CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions.
  • Use AI tools like GitHub Copilot or Windsurf to improve productivity.
  • Work in Agile using Jira (standups, sprint planning, retros).

Requirements :

  • 6–10 years of backend development experience.
  • Strong in C#, .NET 6+ / ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core.
  • Understanding of Ruby on Rails applications (for migration).
  • Experience with SQL Server / PostgreSQL.
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI / CD pipelines.
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
  • Good communication and leadership skills.
