Senior Safety lead / officer
At Agnikul, we are building rockets that will one day launch from spaceports across the country. But before anything goes up, we need to make sure everything—and everyone—on the ground is absolutely safe. We are looking for a Safety Lead who will take ownership of building, maintaining, and strengthening safety systems across our factory, test sites, and upcoming launch facilities.

What will you be doing?
Developing and implementing comprehensive safety protocols and procedures.Conducting regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.Leading safety training initiatives across departments—factory, test, and launch ops.Investigating incidents to identify root causes and developing corrective actions.Advising teams on legal safety requirements, and ensuring full compliance.Working with cross-functional teams to create a safety-first culture.Defining safety KPIs and using them to drive continuous improvement.Who can apply?
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering. (ME / BE in Industrial Safety / Fire Safety is a plus.)Experience
4 to 8 years in Chemical / Process / Construction industries. (Experience in Aerospace is a big bonus.)Skills
Proven experience in safety management systems.Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations.Clear and confident communicator—both in meetings and on the shop floor.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
