Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions efficiently
- Post job openings on various job portals and platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct screening calls, and schedule interviews
- Review employment applications and background check reports
- Counsel candidates on corporate benefits, salary structures, and company environment
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Upload candidate details and documentation on company portals
- Release offer letters and ensure candidates join on the scheduled date
