We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage digital communication for multiple alco-bev brands within an event-driven marketing environment. The role requires someone with a deep understanding of nightlife culture, consumer experiences, and the compliance requirements of the alco-bev category. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing brand presence across social channels, and supporting event-led marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X, , etc.).
- Create high-quality content including captions, reels, stories, posts, and basic design edits.
- Work with designers, photographers, and videographers to build visual content for campaigns and events.
- Ensure communication aligns with brand tone, campaign objectives, and industry regulations.
Event Coverage
Handle real-time social media coverage for brand events, festivals, pop-ups, and on-ground activations.Capture behind-the-scenes content, live updates, influencer interactions, and key event moments.Collaborate with event teams to maximize visibility and engagement.Community & Influencer Management
Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement across all platforms.Build and coordinate with influencers, nightlife creators, and brand ambassadors.Track influencer deliverables and evaluate performance.Campaign Management
Plan and schedule social media calendars and campaign timelines.Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for approvals and brand updates.Support paid media teams with briefs and performance tracking.Analytics & Reporting
Track social media performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout, etc.).Prepare weekly / monthly reports with insights and recommendations.Stay updated with platform trends, new formats, and competitor activity.Compliance & Guidelines
