We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to lead AI and Platform shared services initiatives within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. In this role, you will manage the product backlog, define user stories, and ensure the seamless delivery of features that support a broad product ecosystem. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, balancing priorities, managing dependencies, and driving alignment across multiple product lines. This position offers the opportunity to influence high-impact programs that enable innovation, scale foundational capabilities, and contribute to the overall success of the company's strategic objectives.

Accountabilities

As a Senior Product Owner - AI & Platform, you will :

  • Own and prioritize the product backlog for AI and Platform teams, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with product managers across multiple product lines to gather requirements, document dependencies, and translate high-level goals into actionable development tasks
  • Partner closely with engineering teams during sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives to ensure feature delivery and resolve blockers
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback, communicate progress, and ensure shared services meet the needs of consuming product teams
  • Monitor and optimize product performance, tracking key metrics, iterating on features, and ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have :

  • 6-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in technology or SaaS environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and modern data stack components
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, negotiate backlog items, and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans
  • Preferred : Experience delivering AI-powered features or building platform solutions, and relevant certifications (Agile, Scrum Product Owner, Pragmatic Marketing)
