Job description

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Project Management Executive to oversee imports and exports, local logistics, and customs formalities, as well as support project management processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient movement of goods, full compliance with regulations, and the successful coordination of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Import / Export & Logistics Management

  • Coordinate and manage all import and export shipments, including customs clearance and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including SVB (Special Valuation Branch) guidelines
  • Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics documents, including bills of entry, shipping bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, quotations, purchase orders, payment details, GST records, and all shipping and project-related documentation

Project Management

  • Manage assigned projects in line with established guidelines and tools
  • Organize and lead project meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
  • Maintain and update project plans in coordination with the project team
  • Communicate with customer representatives and ensure deliveries are made on time

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5–7 years of experience in logistics, imports / exports, and customs compliance
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations, including SVB guidelines
  • Experience in EXIM policies, EPCG schemes, HSN compliance, BIS compliance, SVB, IEC, and GST compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Relevant certifications in logistics or supply chain (desirable)
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment
  • Strong English skills
