Medical Writer Role

Key job responsibilities include :

Developing high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials
Reviewing and supervising junior writers
Mentoring and training junior writers
Maintaining product / account knowledge

The ideal candidate will have a PhD / MD in medicine, life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, pharmacology; MPharm / MSc. with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication. They should also have 7-10 years of experience in writing and reviewing Scientific / Medical Communications for Medical Affairs or biopharma, preferably in an agency setting.

Required skills and qualifications include :

Clear, concise scientific writing with strong attention to detail and language skills

Ability to interpret, evaluate, and present scientific data clearly and concisely

Good understanding of biostatistics, MS Office, and literature review

Skills in developing digital content to enhance scientific publications and support medical communications

Experience in organizing and contributing to congresses and advisory board meetings
