Job description5–7 years of relevant experience in AI / ML, software engineering, or related fields . Graduate degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering , or equivalent. Strong expertise in Python programming . Minimum 2+ years of AI / ML project experience , including LangChain (must-have). Exposure to OpenAI APIs and AI-related modeling . Sound understanding of financial concepts and products . Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , with ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders. Prior experience mentoring or leading junior developers. Familiarity with advanced AI / ML models and capabilities . Interest in quantitative risk modeling and financial risk management .
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI applications to enhance efficiency of risk management processes and deliver deeper insights for risk managers.
- Contribute hands-on using Python, AI / ML models, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-4.
- Build applications with LangChain and related AI frameworks.
- Partner with risk managers, model reviewers, and stakeholders across geographies.
- Contribute as a hands-on developer while mentoring junior members.
- Follow modern development practices including Unit Testing and CI / CD.
