Senior Legal Manager

Senior Manager – Land Legal with Indian renewable-energy company focused on solar, wind and hybrid solutions, responsible for end-to-end land documentation, legal due diligence, regulatory liaison, and field coordination for large-scale wind and solar projects across Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

Land Documentation & Due Diligence

• Manage collection, review, and verification of land records from Tahsildar / Sub-Registrar offices.
• Prepare, review, and comment on Title Search Reports (TSR) ; ability to read / write Kannada & English is essential.
• Draft and execute ATS / ATL, GPA, Lease Deeds, Sale Deeds , MoUs, crop compensation agreements, POAs, and related documentation.
• Oversee non-agricultural conversion processes, including 11E sketch, blueprints, mutation, and NOC coordination.
• Conduct end-to-end document due diligence, survey verification, and maintain daily correspondence.
