Job Description

Role Summary :

Lead and elevate the organization's performance management agenda by driving strategic execution, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment. This role demands ownership of the end-to-end performance cycle, proactive insights generation, and continuous improvement of systems and workflows to enhance business impact and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategically manage the performance management calendar, ensuring enterprise-wide adherence and timely execution of all milestones (goal setting, mid-year, year-end reviews).
• Design and evolve performance dashboards and analytics tools to provide real-time visibility, actionable insights, and leadership-level reporting.
• Drive accountability across teams by monitoring closure rates, identifying bottlenecks, and enabling timely resolution through stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to embed performance rigor and consistency across functions, aligning with organizational priorities.
• Lead system optimization efforts in collaboration with vendor teams, ensuring seamless workflows, data integrity, and user experience.
• Own communication and change management for performance processes, including training, stakeholder briefings, and process documentation.
• Analyze performance health metrics to surface trends, risks, and opportunities; present findings to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
• Champion process excellence by identifying improvement areas, piloting enhancements, and institutionalizing best practices for scale and sustainability.
