We're seeking a senior engineering leader who can architect and drive the evolution of our hardware systems — bringing together electronics, embedded software, mechanical design, and intelligent automation.

Role Overview

The  Head of Hardware Systems & Emerging Technologies  will own the complete lifecycle of Smartbox hardware development — from concept and architecture through prototyping, validation, certification, and production. This role demands a mix of technical depth, hands-on execution, and the ability to build and mentor a cross-functional engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Product Development

• Define system-level hardware architecture for new Smartbox devices and emerging automation platforms.
• Select and integrate processors, sensors, cameras, communication modules, and power systems.
• Oversee schematic design, PCB layout, firmware coordination, and mechanical integration.
• Ensure scalability, manufacturability, and global compliance across designs.
