Job description8+ years of WordPress theme & plugin development. Strong in ACF, WooCommerce, AJAX, REST APIs, JS / ES6, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL. Experience with Gutenberg blocks, headless WordPress, and performance optimization. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Position : WordPress Tech Lead
Location : Ahmedabad (Onsite)
Experience : 8+ Years
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor the WordPress development team, ensuring quality and best practices.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable custom WordPress websites and plugins.
- Manage advanced integrations, API development, and WooCommerce solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance.
- Drive R&D initiatives, reusable component libraries, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, high-quality projects.
- Oversee Git, CI / CD, and deployment workflows for smooth delivery.
Required Skills :
Bonus : Contributions to WordPress community, SEO / analytics exposure, or global client experience.
