A fast-growing IT services MNC organization is hiring a seasoned Executive Assistant to support top leadership. This role requires strong business acumen, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-impact executive operations in a dynamic environment.
Top B-School candidates (IIM / ISB / XLRI / SP Jain / NMIMS / Great Lakes) preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, travel, meetings, and leadership reviews.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and business briefs.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless operations.
- Support leadership in reviews, audits, client interactions, and strategic initiatives.
- Draft minutes, MIS reports, proposals, and documentation.
- Enable leadership decision-making with proactive follow-ups and insights.
