▷ [Immediate Start] Account Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP including cash, bank, and journal transactions.
• Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B.
• Manage TDS, PF, ESIC, and PT calculations and payments.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments for purchase bills, job work entries, and service transactions.
• Support statutory and internal audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Prepare sales invoices, bank guarantees, and salary / bonus calculations.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing-related financial regulations.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
