Key Responsibilities :

• Handle reservations and customer servicefor cargo movement, Airway bill verification.
• Conduct tele sales to supportbusiness development and client engagement.
• File IGMs (Import GeneralManifests) accurately and in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with the pax team to ensuresmooth cargo upliftment.
• Collect and verify segregated copies for importcargo from relevantdepartments.
• Follow up on import inwarddates to streamline clearance and deliveryprocesses.
• Prepare and assist in flight planningfor cargo scheduling and capacity management.
• Trace shipmentsand coordinate with stakeholders to provide updatesand resolve issues.
• Issue DeliveryOrders promptly for cleared shipments.
• Liaise with customs,freight forwarders, groundhandlers, and internaldepartments for operational efficiency.
