Job Description

• Enter custom and stock orders and assist customers with information on all Client’s products and brands.
• Ensures timely response to customers regarding claims, problems, order information or other information relating to order entry.
• Exhibits and understands the quality goals of Client.
• Exhibits a willingness to reach target goals for performance and production purposes.
• Exhibits professional and courteous demeanor, technical accuracy and conformance to company policies and practices.
• Recommends corrective services to adjust customer concerns.
• Has knowledge of pricing structures and programs.
• Knows their customers and understands their method of doing business.
• Works within the team as a resource and to ensure workflow procedures are carried out expeditiously. Suggests improvements to systems and procedures.
• Other work as assigned by management.
