This on-site position supports a safe, inclusive classroom focused on holistic child development.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans that build early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and socio-emotional development.
• Implement structured daily routines and activity stations to support exploration, creativity, and peer interaction in a safe classroom environment.
• Use formative observation and early childhood assessment tools to track developmental milestones and adapt learning plans for individual needs.
• Manage classroom behaviour positively using consistent routines and developmentally appropriate guidance strategies.
• Communicate regularly with parents / guardians—share progress updates, learning objectives, and strategies to support learning at home.
• Maintain accurate records, lesson documentation, attendance, and child safety protocols; support school events and teacher training as required.
