Role Overview
We are an early-stage startup working at the cutting edge of Agentic AI and Large Language Model (LLM) development — building next-generation intelligent systems that can reason, act, and collaborate autonomously.
We’re looking for a Business Analyst & Program Manager who can bring structure and momentum to this fast-evolving environment — turning high-level ideas into clear execution plans and keeping multiple projects on track.
This role will also support operations, recruitment coordination, vendor management, and developer outreach — helping the company stay organized while scaling rapidly.
You will work directly with the founder , operate with minimal supervision , and play a pivotal role in translating vision into execution.
Key Responsibilities
Translate complex AI and product ideas into Jira tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Maintain a prioritized backlog and track progress across Agentic AI initiatives
Run a lightweight weekly cadence (planning, check-ins, reporting)
Coordinate hiring efforts — sourcing, scheduling, and managing candidate pipelines
Collaborate with vendors / freelancers on deliverables, timelines, and quality
Support developer onboarding and outreach as the platform expands
Assist with customer and partner communication when needed
Required Skills
Strong experience writing clear user stories, Jira tickets, and acceptance criteria
Ability to run program management cadence (weekly planning, tracking, reporting)
Comfort with Jira, Notion / Trello, and Google Workspace
Awareness of Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, or AI toolchains at a conceptual level — ability to follow product discussions around AI agents, prompts, and workflows
Organized and self-directed; thrives with minimal supervision
Excellent written communication skills — able to document and clarify complex topics
Hands-on, adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
Exposure to AI, ML, or automation technologies (LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI, or similar)
Ability to create basic process diagrams or flowcharts for product workflows
Experience coordinating recruitment processes and vendor / freelancer management
Experience with community engagement (LinkedIn, GitHub, or Discord)
Understanding of basic operations (expense tracking, vendor payments)
Interest in emerging AI ecosystems and developer platforms
Compensation
Compensation is benchmarked to the equivalent of ₹5–10 Lakh per annum , translated into a flexible daily or hourly rate depending on engagement :
Approx. ₹2,000–₹5,000 per day
