production stable and issues closed fast is critical.
The Gist of the Role :

1. Fix the Sign-Up Process (Onboarding Funnel Optimization) :
○ Figure out why people drop off when signing up for the credit card.
○ Use real-time data to jump in with messages or in-app prompts to save
those customers.
○ Track your success and keep making things better.
2. Make Customers Love the Card Forever (LTV Maximization) :
○ Use transaction data to figure out who your customers are and how they
spend.
○ Run personalized campaigns to get them to :
