Job description

We are looking for a tenured Finance Personnel (AGM) to join our finance leadership team in Noida . Responsible for managing core finance operations, including accounting, audits, and governance, ensuring seamless, accurate, and compliant processes. Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with 14+ years of experience. This is for a Technology Global MNC company and reporting directly to the CFO.

Key responsibilities :

General Accounting & Month-End Closing

  • Oversee general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of revenue, expenses, accruals, and payroll.
  • Lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closes per Indian GAAP and global standards.
  • Reconcile sub-ledgers, intercompany balances, and financial schedules; manage fixed assets and inventory accounting.
  • Ensure balance sheet integrity through regular reviews.

Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Manage AP team and drive automation in workflows using ERP tools.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements (TDS / GST).

    • Audit Supervision

  • Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Conduct internal reviews and risk assessments to strengthen controls.

    • Financial Analysis & Reporting

  • Deliver monthly / quarterly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, variances).
  • Provide insights on costs, margins, and profitability; support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.

    • Process Improvement Projects

  • Align finance processes with business strategy; support M&A, entity structuring, and compliance initiatives.

    • Who We're Looking For :

  • Chartered Accountant with at least 12 years of post-qualification experience in controllership and financial governance.
  • In-depth understanding of Indian GAAP , the Companies Act, and both direct and indirect taxation.
  • Exposure to Manufacturing / Plant Finance activities is desirable .
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong business partnering mindset with high attention to detail and strategic thinking.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management capabilities.
