Hotel Operation Executive

Location : Mumbai

Department : Hotel Operations

Reports to : Head of Hotel Operations

Type : Full-Time

  • Only Candidate with Travel Industry experince should apply

Rotational Shifts - No night shifts for females

  • 8 am - 5 pm
  • 10 am - 7 pm
  • 12 pm - 9 pm
  • 2 pm - 11 pm
  • 11 pm - 8 am
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing travel agents / suppliers / internal calls.
  • Handle email communication with travel agents / suppliers / internal staff
  • Help Travel agent / internal staff for booking-related queries, amendments and escalations. Provide technical support to travel agents and resolve operational issues.
  • Thorough understanding of the portal for the hotel product and ancillary services.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for Confirmation, amendments, complaints, escalations.
  • Negotiate best terms with suppliers for agent escalation cases.
  • Handling pending / failed bookings and ensuring conversions.
  • Provide best-in-class quantitative and qualitative service to travel agents.
  • Other potential work engagements as decided by the Company.
  • Required Qualifications1-8 years of operations experience in the travel distribution industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry, especially in operations or customer care roles.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written), with proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to work across all shifts and days as needed.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing work demands.
  • Strong attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Proven customer service skills, particularly in resolving issues effectively.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
