    • Optimise CRM processes to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to the CRM system.
    • Ensure the integration of MS Dynamics 365 CRM with other business applications.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and processes.
    • Conduct user training sessions to enhance adoption and utilisation of the CRM platform.
    • Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
    • The Successful Applicant

      A successful MS Dynamics 365 CRM professional should have :

    • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven expertise in designing and implementing MS Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
    • Strong understanding of CRM customisation and integration processes.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Experience in the professional services industry, especially accountancy practices, is a plus.
