About the Role
You’ll be the primary point of contact for a UK based Group of School's global network of admissions agents. Your job is to keep communication smooth, timely, and accurate so their international boarding schools have a consistent pipeline of well-supported student enquiries.
What you’ll do
- Build strong working relationships with agents across key markets
- Make regular follow-up calls and maintain ongoing communication to share updates, clarify admission requirements, and answer queries
- Track enquiries, applications, and conversions in a structured manner
- Ensure every agent has the latest information on fees, programmes, deadlines, policies, and marketing assets
- Coordinate with schools and the Head of International to resolve issues quickly
- Keep detailed notes, maintain CRM records, and ensure no conversation goes undocumented
- Identify high-performing agents and support them with stronger collaboration and faster turnarounds
- Assist in organising online events, briefings, and training for agents
- Share weekly updates, challenges, and opportunities with internal teams
- Support agents with end-to-end processes for boarding admissions
