Role Overview :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Site Finishing Engineer

with a solid background in residential building construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all site finishing activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and projects are executed within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise all site activities related to finishing works in residential buildings (blockwork, plastering, tiling, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, etc.)

Coordinate with multiple contractors and agencies to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Monitor and manage the site workforce and ensure adherence to construction schedules.

Provide technical guidance and support during the planning and execution phases.

Manage daily resource allocation including labor, materials, and equipment.

Maintain accurate daily site reports, work progress documentation, and quality records.

Ensure correct and updated drawings are being followed at the site.

Verify contractor measurements and assist in the preparation and approval of sub-contractor bills.

Extract quality work from site supervisors and junior engineers.

Resolve site-level challenges and labor issues to maintain uninterrupted progress.

Ensure safety protocols and compliance are strictly followed on-site.

Report project progress, risks, and issues to project managers regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification :

Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Experience : 3 – 5 Years

Strong knowledge of finishing activities and construction quality standards.

Should have experience working with reputed real estate developers or contractors.

Excellent team coordination, site management, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in reading and understanding construction drawings and specifications.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors efficiently.
