The Role :
- We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Implementation Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing software solutions, supporting clients, and ensuring seamless integration of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Configure and maintain our products for customers as per the requirements received from the Customer Success / Products / QA / Engineering team.Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues working with the engineering team or on individual basis.Work closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issuesIdentify and escalate product defects and enhancement requests to the appropriate teamsCreate and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guidesParticipate in on-call rotations to provide 24 / 7 support to customersSkills :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in technical support or software implementation, preferably in a customer-facing role.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Proficient in SQL, Git, JavaScript, and Postman.Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Kibana or any other logging tool / Grafana, and Kafka.Experience in Banking / payment technologies is a plusUnderstanding of the credit card lifecycle and transaction flow is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Flexibility to work [24x7]Skills Required
